Pomo finder is a free, client-side pomodoro timer web application providing:

• High-precision countdown timer with customizable intervals
• Lo-Fi focus radio streams from third-party public sources
• Animated ambient backgrounds and weather effects
• Task management with pomodoro estimates
• Focus statistics persisted locally in your browser

The service runs entirely in your browser. There is no backend, no database, and no server-side processing of your data.

3. Free Use & No Warranty

Pomo finder is provided free of charge and "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability of third-party radio streams
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices
• Persistence of localStorage data (browser clearing, private mode, or storage limits may remove data)

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the client-side code
• Not use automated scripts to overload the radio stream endpoints
• Respect the intellectual property of third-party content (radio streams, wallpapers, fonts)

5. Third-Party Content

Pomo finder integrates third-party resources:

• Radio Streams: Publicly available audio streams. We do not host, control, or endorse their content. Stream availability and content are the responsibility of their respective operators.
• Wallpapers: Curated from free stock photo sources. Attribution is provided in the wallpaper drawer.
• Fonts: Google Fonts (Inter, Outfit) and Geist Mono (Vercel), loaded via preconnect.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

Pomo finder's original code, design, and branding are © Pomo finder. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Pomo finder brand, logo, or distinctive UI elements without permission. The underlying open-source code (where applicable) is governed by its respective license.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pomo finder and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, focus sessions, productivity, or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

Since the service is free and runs client-side, our total liability is limited to $0.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pomo finder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Since we have no user accounts, we cannot notify you directly — please review periodically.
